Prosecco isn’t just a lovely bubbly drink to have on its own, you can also mix it with a bunch of other drinks to make some delightful cocktails and drinks!
Drinks including prosecco
Bellini

A Bellini is a cocktail made up of prosecco and peach purée. This fruity drink is perfect for summer BBQs and special occasions. You can make a Bellini by simply pouring peach purée into a flute glass, filling it ⅓ full. After this, quickly pour over your bubbly prosecco to create your Bellini.
If you are wanting to create a large jug of Bellini, we would recommend using 500ml of peach purée to a traditional bottle of prosecco.

Mimosas are probably one of the easiest drinks to make when it comes to mixing prosecco. Although mimosas are traditionally made with champagne, this can typically be swapped out with prosecco or cava, or whatever you have available! Just simply fill half your flute with orange juice and top with prosecco.

This is a perfect drink to share with friends at the start of a festive evening or special occasion.

After the liquids have been divided equally, spoon 85ml of frozen lemon sorbet into the flute glasses and garnish with mint leaves. This summer beverage can be made in minutes and enjoyed right away!

Negroni Sbagliato

For this tasty alternative to a negroni cocktail, you may want to try a negroni sbagliato! Typically served in a highball glass, the negroni sbagliato contains campari, sweet vermouth and prosecco.
To make a negroni sbagliato you first need to pour the campari and sweet vermouth into the glass, as well as ice. You can then gently pour the prosecco into the glass, using a long spoon or the side of the glass can help minimise the number of bubbles that form around the glass.
