Do you only offer Prosecco?
Absolutely not! From water, to wine, to cocktails, and mocktails, arrival drinks, drinks for the meal and a full evening bar service we cater for all your drink requirements with our bubbly Prosecco Van or our mobile freestanding Pop Up Bar.
Must I hire the Prosecco Van with the Mobile Bar?
We’re here to accommodate your needs, whether that be Bubbly 1 on its own, our freestanding Pop Up Bar on its own, or both together. It’s entirely up to you!
Can you oversee the whole day’s drinks?
We pride ourselves on being able to give you the very best service for your event, right from the off! There’s nothing better for us than sharing in your whole day and making your drink needs run as stress free and as smoothly as possible. We’ll be there for as much of the day as you need us to.
Do we have to use you all day?
In a word… No! Our services are tailor-made to suit your event. You could have us for a few hours with just the Prosecco Van and some beers in a barrow, or you could just use our evening bar service.
PRICING
How much does it cost?
Packages start from £200 and we tailor each package to suit your needs. We’ll start by having a chat with you about how you envisage your big day to be and then provide you with the most cost effective quote.
TRAVEL
How far will you travel?
We travel all over the UK, Isle of Wight, and Europe. If we can get there, we’ll take the booking and give you a Lovely Bubbly night.
EXTRAS
What about glasses?
We offer complimentary glass or plastic hire with all our packages, just let us know what you prefer!
What about chillers/coolers?
When planning for a big event many people will try to keep costs down by providing their own drinks. This can be all too problematic as consideration is not given to quantities, how the drinks will be chilled. The Lovely Bubbly Team will take the stress out of this for you.
What are the measurements of the van and pop up bar?
Prosecco Van – 3m (l) x 1.5m (w)
Pop Up Bar – 2.5ml x 1m (d) – we will also require room behind the bar to work
DO YOU HAVE ANY REQUIREMENTS?
Electricity
We require access to the following:
Prosecco van – 16amp or 13 amp socket
Pop Up Bar – 13 amp socket
We don’t have any access to electricity, is that a problem?
We can provide our own power via a generator, please discuss this with our team at the time of booking
PERMISSIONS/LICENSING
Will our venue allow you to attend?
Most venues are more than happy to see Bubbly 1 grace their driveways but just like your big day, every venue is unique so you must ensure permission from your venue before confirming your booking with us.
Do I need an alcohol license?
We take care of all the stuffy paperwork so you don’t have to, leaving you to focus on all the fun parts of your wedding planning.
